When working with Capacity Building Consulting, LLC, you are engaging in a process to improve your organization. Through this process we will:
Listen- We first want to learn more about your organization so we can help you achieve your vision.
Plan- Together we will plan what services and project goals best serve your organization, and determine timelines that will best support the project.
Collaborate- We work closely with clients throughout the consulting process to ensure experts of the subject matter (us) and experts of the organization (you) achieve the best possible results.
Implement- Changes determined in the planning and collaborating stages will be implemented in order to fully realize the benefits of projects.
Renew/Terminate- We are committed to building capacity through each project, helping organizations complete future projects without consulting assistance. Your organization may determine you are no longer in need of assistance, or may request assistance to further develop capacity in the same or another area of the organization.
